How It Works
By following the suggestions below, I will not only be able to give you an accurate 'no obligation quote' for your project, but I'll also be able to give you accurate reads in your sample demo and respond to your messages, questions and queries, promptly and professionally.
How To Book Me In 4 Easy Steps!
Step 1. Get In Touch
The best way to contact me is by e-mail. Include an outline explanation of your project, including your budget and any deadlines you need to meet. If you can, attach a sample from your script along with an idea of the type of voice you would like eg: Corporate, Conversational, Character etc. I will record a free custom sample for you. It will have a minimum of 2 takes on it so you can assess my voice style, pace and tone before booking me, to make sure you get the voice you want.
Step 2. Listen
I will send you the audio sample (Mp3) read taken from your provided script sample, along with my accurate quote (Based on the information you have given me). Have a listen to the sample reads to make sure the voice is right for your project voice over requirements. Now is a good time to suggest any different styles and tones of delivery. Also. Let me know if you want just the RAW audio, or the edited and optimised 'ready to go' audio.

Try to also make sure the script is 100% ready to record, along with pronunciation guides for any unusual words, names and acronyms, as any adjustments to the script after a booking confirmation, may incur additional charges. For any unusual words, foreign or English, a quick pronunciation guide audio file is always very helpful too, as it does save a lot of time!
Step 3. Recording & Delivery
Once you are happy with the voice sample and have accepted my quote, e mail me back to confirm we're good to go, (this is also your confirmation of booking me for the project) and I will get in the booth and start recording! I will follow your direction notes and instructions, or you can listen in for a remote directed session! Most short to medium size projects are recorded and delivered in 24 hours or less!

I will then send you your audio file as a 24bit WAV or file format of your choice, either directly via e-mail or via a simple, safe and easy to use 'wetransfer' link sent to your e-mail.
Step 4. Satisfaction
Once you are completely happy with the audio, let me know and I will send you my invoice to be paid within standard 30 days.

If for some reason, you feel that the recording is not quite right, or I've mispronounced something, then e mail me back along with specific details and I'll re-record per your instructions and send the revised audio file/s back to you. You only pay once you have the finished file/s and you are happy with them.

If you have any music, this is very helpful for me, as it will give me a more accurate idea to set the tone of the read to help match the mood you're looking for. The same with any visuals, as this will help me match the energy and timings you're after, and helps to point out any potential issues sooner rather than later!
